If you were provided with a payment deferral due to COVID-19 but are still unable to make your minimum payment, please click here to fill in a request for an extension. We’ll get back to you within 5 working days.
Important note: If you don't make your minimum payment by the due date shown on your statement, we reserve the right to apply an administration charge to cover our costs of reminding you. Currently, our charge is £12 for each reminder we send. The amount we charge could change at any time, but we'll let you know in advance if this is going to happen.
Additionally, your credit file could be affected if you miss a payment on your account.
