We're sorry but we can't make any changes to your order at this stage. However, this doesn't affect your right to return or cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You can find out how to return your order by visiting 'How do I return my order/item?' - however please bear in mind that some of our products (for example: customised/personalised items, sealed items if unsealed, perishable items) can only be returned if they're faulty. Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within, up to, and including the 14th day after the date it is delivered, for any reason. However, there are some exceptions - please see our return exceptions
Please send back the items within 14 days, after telling us that you wish to cancel. Items must be returned to us in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging. If the value of the items is reduced by your actions, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
If you cancel all the items in an order, we'll refund the cost of the returned items plus the standard delivery charge (excluding any additional charges for nominated delivery, next day delivery or supplementary charges). You are responsible for returning the items and the cost of return. Therefore, if you use one of our return methods to return the items, we will deduct the standard delivery charge from your refund so that you do not have to make further payment. If you return your items using your own return method then we will continue to refund the standard delivery charge.
