You'll need a return label to send your item back, but don't worry - our returns platform offers options for returns even if you don't have a printer!
If you're returning a large item (furniture, white goods etc.) or a tech item:
We need some extra information from you first - please fill in our online form.
If you're returning a standard parcel:
Go to 'My Account' and follow the simple steps to arrange your return and print a return label using our portal.
If you don't have a printer, there are options you can pick that don't require you to print a label:
- Select one of the drop-off options (ParcelShop or locker). You'll get a QR code that allows you to print your return label at the ParcelShop or locker.
- You can also select the option for a Royal Mail collection - they'll bring the return label when they come to pick up your item/order.
