28 day return period
We hope you love your order, but if not, you can return it back to our warehouse within 28 days of delivery.
Any returned items must be in new, unused condition, with labels attached and in the original packaging.
If your items arrive back with us within the 28 day period we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Once received, we will let you know and process your refund within 5 working days for card transactions and straight away for credit accounts.
Late returns
We do not accept returns outside of the 28 day period. If you return any items outside of the 28 day period we may:
- Issue a late returns charge
- Make deductions, up to the value of the item, to account for its diminished value
- Issue an eVoucher via email instead of a refund to your original payment method
The 28 days starts from the day after the items were delivered to your home address or collection point.
Your statutory rights aren’t affected.
Return exceptions
Unless faulty, you cannot cancel or return any of the following:
- Bespoke, customised or personalised items
- Perishable items such as flowers and perishable food items (including vitamins and supplements)
Items sealed for security/hygiene reasons (including Smart Devices) cannot be returned if you:
- Use them
- Remove any security seals/tags
- Set up or install the item
- Input any data, software or log in details (such as your iCloud ID)
If your order was made less than 28 days ago and doesn't fall under our returns exceptions, you can go to 'My Account', select 'Orders & Returns', then choose 'View order & return'. If the item is eligible for return, you'll see a 'Create a return' button.
