Common reasons a promotion code won't work
- Our promotions are only valid for a limited time - Please check the code's terms and conditions for when it expires.

- There is not enough in your basket to qualify for a promotion - Check the offer terms and conditions for the 'minimum spend' required for your basket to qualify for the offer.
- You are not eligible for a promotion - Some of our offers are available to selected groups of customers (for example: customers that signed up to JD Williams Rewards). Check the offer terms and conditions to see who's eligible.
